中文里「脚」和「腿」分得很清楚：腿是大腿小腿，脚是脚掌脚背。说「我的腿疼」和「我的脚疼」指的位置不一样。

In Chinese, 脚 and 腿 are clearly different: 腿 means the leg (thigh and calf), 脚 means the foot (sole and top). Saying 我的腿疼 and 我的脚疼 refers to different places.
